Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item be:
- In good condition (eg. no hairline scratches, lens not broken, no signs of wear and tear)
- With complete and original packaging
- With warranty card
- You’ll also need to provide Order Confirmation E-Mail sent to you by Watch Republic Shop upon your order.
To start a RETURN OR EXHANGE REQUEST:
- Customer can go directly to any of our shops or kiosks (please click here for complete list of stores) with a print our of your Order Confirmation Email.
- Our in-store staff will conduct inspection of the item to check if item is eligible for exchange.
- If approved for exchange, customer may choose item for replacement at the store (conditions apply to be explained by store staff).
